Bawumia grateful to Catholic Bishops Conference for ‘fatherly advice’

The Vice President and Flagbearer of the NPP, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has expressed profound gratitude to the Catholic Bishops Conference for the fatherly advice they offered him at a meeting with them.

Dr. Bawumia met with the Catholic Bishops Conference at the Pope John Paul Formation Centre in Ofoase Kokoben, Ashanti Region, to discuss issues of national importance.

Announcing the meeting on his Facebook page, Dr. Bawumia described the meeting as “insightful” and expressed gratitude to the Catholic Bishops.

“This afternoon, I had the honour of interacting with the Ghana Catholic Bishops Conference, led by its President, Most Rev Dr Matthew Kwasi Gyamfi, at the Pope John Paul Formation Centre, Ofoase Kokoben, in the Ashanti Region.”

“I am grateful for the open, frank and insightful discussions on important national issues, including the December 7 polls and the moral fibre of our society. I am particularly grateful for the fatherly advice. May God bless us all.”
