Good News : Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah Constructs Tuolong-Gbertuore Road

Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah, Member of Parliament for Jirapa Constituency, is transforming local infrastructure by constructing roads within some of the surburbs of the Jirapa Municipality.

Even after the launching of District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP), the MP still took initiative to upgrade some minor roads, starting with the Tuolong-Gbertuore connection.

This project, prompted by requests from local chiefs, will boost agricultural productivity, economic development, and accessibility for the farming communities of Tuolong and Gbertuore.

Improved road infrastructure will also enhance transportation safety, create employment opportunities, and have positive environmental impacts.

Peter N. N. To-ang, the Constituency secretary leading a team from the NDC Constituency office, inspected the ongoing work at the Western belt of the Jirapa Municipality.

In an interview with Bodi Emmanuel of premier News, he emphasized that Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah is committed to addressing the needs of his constituents, particularly farmers struggling with transportation.

According to him, additional roads in Tizza and Hain zones will be constructed subsequent to completing the Tuolong-Gbertuore project.

Hon. To-ang, the former Naayiri Electoral Area Assemblyman concluded by assuring the people around the area that the MP would continue to always be at their doorsteps ; ready to help find solutions to their problems.

Stakeholders within the beneficary communities expressed their heartfelt appreciation to the MP for being the first leader to construct such a road that would link Tuolong-Gbertuore.

They pledged to support anyone who responds to their development needs.

While this development brings relief to many, concerns are raised about the much tauted 2021 year of roads by President Nana Akuffo Addo.

The deplorable state of Jirapa Municipality roads raises questions about the effectiveness of Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and his boss, Nana Akuffo Addo.

Many are of the view that it would only take a new government to reset Ghana for a new course.
