Jirapa NDC Communication Bureau Congratulates Hon. Peter N. N. To-ang On His Nomination As MC

The Communication Bureau of the National Democratic Congress within the Jirapa Constituency, led by Hon. Vitalis N-ekabong, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Peter N.N. To-ang on his nomination as Municipal Chief Executive for the Jirapa Municipality.

This nomination, announced by the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs on Thursday, April 3, 2025, marks a significant milestone for the NDC and Jirapa in the Region.

The Constituency Communication Officer and former Assembly Member, Hon. Vitalis N-ekabong in an interview with premiernewsgh.com congratulated the nominee and expressed optimism about the progress of the Jirapa Municipal Assembly.

Hon. To-ang’s nomination is seen as a step in the right direction, given his deep understanding of Jirapa politics as a two-term Constituency Secretary and former Assembly Member for Jirapa Naayiri electoral area.

His nomination also serves as a motivation for other party executives to work towards the growth of the party and the development of Jirapa.

According to Hon. Vitalis N-ekabong, for the Assembly to be functional and help the good people of Jirapa, it is important would be important to have the nominee confirmed.

In fact, the policies of the president John Dramani Mahama can only be appreciated when we have a political leader at the Municipal Assembly in the wisdom of Hon. N-ekabong.

The Communication Bureau also calls on the 12 other candidates who applied for the MCE position to come on board and work together for the progress of the NDC and the Municipality at large even though they were not nominated.
