Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah Donates Fetal Doppler To Naayiri CHP

On August 22, 2025, Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah, the tireless lawmaker for Jirapa Constituency, demonstrated his commitment to improving healthcare in the area by donating a fetal doppler to the Naayiri Community Health Planning Services (CHPS) compound.

The donation ceremony, held at the facility, was represented by key constituency officials, including Jacob Zukuu, Constituency Vice Chairman; Hon. Thomas Azaazumah, Constituency Deputy Organizer; and Hon. Mohammed Omari, Zongo Caucus Coordinator.

 

In his address, Constituency Vice Chairman Jacob Zukuu underscored the MP’s dedication to enhancing healthcare delivery in Jirapa.

He emphasized that Hon. Dapilah remains committed to equipping healthcare facilities with essential tools to improve the efficiency of healthcare providers.

Mr. Zukuu also stressed that a healthy populace is crucial for accelerating development in the constituency, aligning with the MP’s vision for Jirapa’s progress.

 

The fetal doppler, a vital tool for monitoring fetal heartbeats during pregnancy and labor, is expected to significantly contribute to reducing maternal mortality rates.

Mr. Zukuu highlighted this donation as part of the John Dramani Mahama’s broader efforts to bolster the healthcare system in Jirapa.

He also recounted some of the MP’s notable achievements, including the construction of the Baazu CHPS compound, renovation of other CHPS facilities, donation of motorcycles to health workers, and the provision of an Electrocardiogram (ECG) machine, among others.

Madam Leticia Nimbonyele, the Officer in Charge of Naayiri CHPS, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Dapilah for the timely donation. She assured that the fetal doppler would be utilized effectively to serve the people of Jirapa, further enhancing the facility’s capacity to provide quality healthcare services.

This gesture reaffirms Hon. Cletus Seidu Dapilah’s commitment to improving the lives of Jirapa’s residents through better healthcare infrastructure and services.
