Tragedy Strikes: Three Lives Lost in Devastating Road Acciden
A heartbreaking road accident has claimed the lives of three individuals in Jirapa, leaving the community in mourning.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at Kalsegraa in the Nadowli district.
A fully loaded Urvan car with registration number AS-2684-16 which was traveling from Jirapa to Techiman suffered a tyre burst, causing the vehicle to somersault.
Among the deceased was a policeman allegedly on his way to Techiman for transfer and other two died on the spot
Several others sustained injuries of varying degrees and were rushed to the Nadowli District Hospital by an ambulance from the Nadowli hospital.
The police are expected to conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of the accident.
This accident has happened just two days after a young man and a lady lost their lives on the Jirapa to Nadowli road.
As the community grapples with the loss, authorities will work to determine the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
